Lucky for omoshewa for she was even thinking of how she’ll do a little bush burning to start some real work. Even ibiyemi thought her daughter was going to be disappointed. Everybody who passed and saw her farm and laughed but she didn’t listen to their mockery. She turned deaf ears to those who thought the were advising by telling her to quit. A lot of pressure was upon omoshewa. One day as omoshewa was about to plant her fist set of seeds, they were stolen . She searched round the house. She cried and cried till her eyes were red because she could not get seeds anymore because they banned her from buying seeds just to frustrate her. But her father appeared to her in a dream and told her to dig her backyard right beside the tree . In the morning she did just that and she found seeds twice the size the amount she lost. In a year her farm was already prospering her plants started yielding fruits she made a lot of money. In five years she became the most successful farmer in the town . Even white men came to purchase lots andf lots of goods from her . She was the richest woman in town. She got to find out that hder father’s farm was run down by her step brothers. Her mother apologized for not believing in her. She married one of her white business partners. Whenever women told their children her story thehy always ended.
